These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the mobile game Arrow Ai (the "Game" or "Service"), developed and published by JokerX ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Arrow Ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, JokerX grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to download, install, and play Arrow Ai for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
2. User Conduct & Restrictions
You agree NOT to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game or its underlying algorithms.
- Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Game, levels, or assets.
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized software to alter game states or coin balances.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices affixed to or contained within the Game.
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our explicit written consent.
3. Virtual Items & In-Game Currency
Arrow Ai may feature virtual currency ("Coins") or virtual gameplay items ("Hints", "Shuffles", "Boosters").
- Virtual items have no monetary value in the real world and do not constitute real currency or property.
- Virtual items cannot be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services from us or any other party.
- All virtual items are provided on a limited, revocable license strictly for personal, non-commercial use within Arrow Ai.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to Arrow Ai, including all computer code, level layouts, visual assets, sounds, animations, characters, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are the exclusive intellectual property of JokerX and its licensors.
5. Advertising & Third-Party Services
Arrow Ai may display third-party advertisements served through Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, products, or services offered by third-party advertisers. Your interactions with third-party ads are solely between you and the advertiser.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Arrow Ai is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JokerX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of (or inability to use) Arrow Ai.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Arrow Ai at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other players or our business interests.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When modifications occur, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of Arrow Ai after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
